Two Survivors
There remains two survivors. After a tramatic experience the second go around there are two sole chicken survivors. I think if they still have it in them to pop out eggs these will be amazing chickens. They have escaped the massacre twice and still remain. We will get more someday, but not until a fence is found and implemented. Add that to the list.

I am so glad you found survivors!!! And maybe it will be a lot easier to protect two... somehow. You are doing a great job being optimistic.
ReplyDeleteDid you ever get my response about planting plants that produce food? Well, I said I have a lot of fruit growing in our garden, but that I'd really like to have tiny tomatoes (are those called cherry or grape tomatoes?) And I was wondering if there was a certain kind I should start with and when do I do it & have I missed the right time of season to plant them?! You see... I don't know the first thing about growing vegetables. Direct me to a "how to" website that knows what they are talking about and I'll do it!
I will be checking back to see how the lone survivors are doing.
